Europeans Say NO to Pot Roast... Then They Taste It!
(A pot roast, also known as a brisket, is a special cut of meat that is allowed to slow-cook for hours. A crock pot is sometimes used as the means to allow this. Often served with diced whole potatoes and carrots. The idea is to let the meat simmer long enough so that it totally falls apart on your fork.)
